About Our Brand & Products
What is "Neo-Chinese" style?
Neo-Chinese style is a modern reimagining of traditional Chinese aesthetics. We take classical motifs and heritage craftsmanship—like our handmade embroidery—and adapt them for contemporary homes and wardrobes using minimalist design principles.
Are your products really handmade?
Yes! While we offer some standardized lifestyle products, we specialize in a curated selection of embroidery pieces. These are hand-crafted by master artisans in China who preserve traditional needlework techniques.
Why does my item look slightly different from the photo?
Because our embroidery is handmade, no two pieces are exactly alike. Slight variations in stitching, color, and texture are natural characteristics of artisanal work and are what make your piece unique.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to process my order?

Standardized Products: 1–3 business days.

Handmade Products: Minimum of 5 business days. Because these items are crafted with care, they take a little longer. We will notify you if a piece requires extra time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! we ship to North America, Europe, Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Cyprus), and Oceania (Australia, New Zealand). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Are taxes included in the price?
For all customers outside of Hong Kong, the price you see on our website is the final price and already includes applicable tax charges.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your order is fulfilled, we will send an automated email containing your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

Standard: 7 days from the date of delivery.

EU/EEA Customers: 14 days from the date of delivery (statutory cooling-off period). Items must be unused and in perfect, original packaging to be eligible.
Can I exchange my item?
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different style or size, please return your original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Payment
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. We use the Shopify Payment Gateway, which is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant and uses SSL encryption to protect your data. We never store your credit card information.
