Return & Refund
At Needle Talks Art, we take great care in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. To ensure the sustainability of our small business and the integrity of our handmade items, we have implemented a strict return and refund policy that protects the high standards of our store.
1. Return Window

Standard Returns: For orders delivered outside of the European Union, you have a maximum of 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

EU/EEA "Cooling-Off" Period: In accordance with European Union consumer law, customers located in the EU or EEA have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 calendar days for any reason and without justification.
Requests made after these respective periods will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. No Exchanges
Needle Talks Art does not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, color, or size, you must return your original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.
3. Condition & Packaging Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

Pristine Condition: The item must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition it was received.

Original Packaging: All original packaging, including tags, boxes, and protective materials, must be present and in perfect, resaleable condition. If the packaging is torn, taped, or damaged, the return will be rejected.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is mandatory.
4. Handmade Product Disclaimer
Because our handmade items are unique works of art, they are subject to natural variations in color, size, and texture.

Variation is not a Defect: Slight differences from the website photos are expected and do not constitute a defect.

Final Sale on Handmade Goods: Outside of the EU 14-day cooling-off period, returns for handmade items are only considered if there is a functional manufacturing defect, subject to our internal inspection.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

Custom-made or Personalized Orders: Once production begins, these cannot be canceled or returned (this applies globally, including the EU).

Sale/Clearance Items: Items purchased during a promotion or sale are final (except where prohibited by local law).

Gift Cards.
6. Return Process & Costs

Authorization Required: You must email support@needletalksart.com to receive a Return Authorization. Items sent back without prior approval will be refused.

Shipping Costs: The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Risk of Loss: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.
7. Inspection & Refunds
Upon receipt, your item will undergo a thorough inspection.

Rejection: If the item or packaging does not meet our strict "like-new" criteria, the refund will be denied, and the item will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

Approval: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.
