1. Order Processing Times
We distinguish between our handmade and standardized products to give you the most accurate timeline:

Handmade Products: These items require careful craftsmanship. Please allow a minimum of 5 business days for processing. We will contact you personally if your specific handmade order requires additional time.

Standardized Products: Items in stock are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on current inventory levels.
Note: All orders are processed (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong)
We provide home delivery services across Hong Kong. Please note that delivery fees are paid by the customer.

3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select regions. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. For all orders outside of Hong Kong, the price displayed on our website already includes tax charges; the price you see is the final price.

4. How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled, an automated email will be sent to you containing your parcel tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
